18.04.2006  After Adrians succesfull openig round at Fuji Speedway, the next round was hold up at Suzuka.

At friday testing things seems to be alright. Adrian was on 3rd position. His car was good.

Although on Saturday it was raining. The first qualifyig was wet but drying up. It was important to be fast in the last minutes. Adrian had a really bad set of tyres on so he decided to stop and change tyres. It was getting better but he only had 3 laps to go. He improved his time but couldnt get better than a 6th position. After a 10 minutes break the 2nd qualifying took part. The track was getting quicker and quicker. Adrian was doing good. He was always under top 3 position. In the last few laps there was yellow flag at turn 4. But the track was nearly dry. Adrian tried to push. In the end all his last laps were canceled and Adrian lost his position. He droped down on 7th position.

On the saturdays race it was dry. Adrian had a good start. He could gain one position and was fifth. Then he tried to overtake more but it wasnt possible. The dirty air which made nearly inpossible to follow another car close screwed Adrian up to reach a better position. So he finished 5th.
On the Sundays race Adrian had to start from 7th position. After a great start Adrian could pass 3 cars and was 4th in the first corner. After lap 4 he overtook the next driver and closed the gap immediately to the 2nd and 1st. But the the same as in yesterdays race. He couldnt go close to the driver in front of him. He always lost the front grip and in the end the tyres had no grip at all. He was always pushing hoping the driver in front made a mistake. But it wasn the case. Adrian finished his race on the last Podium place on Position 3. He scored some good points.

The next round is motegi.
