Until the age of 14, he was a very talented and supported pianist: “The most important thing in my life was the piano. My family is very musical. But now the sound of engines is music in my ears.” His father, Jorge, who migrated from Urugay to Germany at the age of 28, played the violin in the Müncher Philharmonie for many years. Adrians first contact with karting was at the age of 14: “Since then my goal is to be in Formula 1.” In his first season in motorsports in the Formula Ford 2002, he won the championship with 10 pole positions and 10 wins in 10 races. In the Formula 3 Euroseries in 2005 he finished second in the championship with 11 podiums in 18 races.
