HELP TOPICS – ANSWERS:
1.) How can I register for the Community?
To register for the Community you need only complete the registration form. However, you must complete all information correctly to ensure that your registration is accepted on a permanent basis. We reserve the right to intermittently delete user accounts containing incorrect details. Of course registration is free!



2.) Why do I have to register before I can write comments and participate in the Community?
We believe that registration helps ensure that an appropriate tone is used for all communications and that members have a genuine desire to engage with this Community.



3.) I have registered but I still can't log in. Why?
To be able to log in, Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled in your browser and must be permitted for the Adrian Sutil website. These settings should be enabled in your browser by default. However, please check these settings in case of doubt or if you experience problems logging in.
Please also ensure that your user data is written correctly (upper/lower case, etc.). If you are in any doubt, please copy the data from your confirmation email into the relevant login fields. If your login problems should persist, please contact us.



4.) I have registered but I can't remember my user data. How can I get my user data again?
If you have forgotten your user data, simply tell us the email address you used to register with the Community and we will resend your user data to you. A new password will then be issued which you can change in your user profile as and when you wish.



5.) How can I opt out of the Community?
If you would prefer not to participate in the Community any more, simply send us a short email requesting that your user account be deleted. We will then delete your account immediately. Important: The sender email address must be the same as the email address in your profile.



6.) What data is visible to people visiting my profile?
Visitors who are not part of the Community are unable to access your profile. They can only see the data in the profile overview (profile picture, country, town/city, date of registration and date of last login). Community members have additional access to your user page and consequently to all data and pictures that you publish there. However, your real name, email address and password are never shown here.



 

RULES OF CONDUCT
We expect that you will behave within the online Community as you would with people in real life. We expect members to show courtesy in how they talk to others and we will temporarily deactivate your user account if etiquette is breached repeatedly.

Content in your user profile
Your profile allows you to enter your own content, (profile) pictures and links to other websites. Any content that fails to comply with the following conditions will not be shown:
  • Texts, images and links must not contain anything of a right-wing extremist, pornographic or otherwise offensive or questionable nature.
  • You must own the rights for any images that you display here.
  • You can only copy texts from other websites into your profile if you have the relevant approval.
